CASE MANAGER

Not everyone has the same advantages and support systems to overcome challenges or achieve their goals. That’s where working with a Case Manager comes in. I get to be the one supporting you through the journey of overcoming those challenges. That could look like being an advocate when you feel you can’t handle a phone call or conversation on your own. It could also be working to establish a job or housing that meets your needs. And it can look like working on those life skills you need to really pursue your goals. Whatever it is, I’m here to help. We all go through challenges that feel like they’re too much and it’s a privilege for me to make sure you’re not alone in it.

Caitlyn’s educational training includes a B.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
